My newest exercise program... wait who I am kidding, this is my only exercise program.  I am 3 weeks into a 9 weeks training program and although most times I hate it while I am doing it, I am really liking the after effects.  I really do have more energy and am starting to look better and feel better about myself.  Here's to finishing this one and staying with the program.
